What stays on your device

• Your quiz answers and result — stored in your browser via local storage.
• Your trigger tracker log — never uploaded unless you explicitly opt in to sync.
• Your cookie-consent choice — so we don't ask twice.

What we collect

• Aggregate, anonymous usage analytics (Yandex.Metrika) — only after you opt in via the cookie banner.
• When you click an outbound partner link we log the click (program, page you came from, browser type). With analytics consent the click also carries a random first-party id (the rh-sid cookie) so repeat clicks group together; without consent the click is logged anonymously and no id cookie is set.
• Your email address — only if you choose to request the PDF cheatsheet or your plan — plus the page it was submitted from.
• If you use the laser clinic finder: the ZIP code and severity you submit with the form.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. The only optional identifier we use is the first-party attribution id described above — you can turn it (and analytics) off any time via "Cookie preferences" in the footer, which acts as your opt-out.

What we never do

• Sell or rent your email or health-related data.
• Gate quiz results or safety information behind a signup.
• Share your tracker data with affiliate partners.
